Ovis canadensis.
Badlands National Park, South Dakota, United States.
Badlands National Park’s main attraction may be its eroded landscape, dry lands, textures and colors, but so should be the wildlife inhabiting the park. One of the easiest species to spot is the Bighorn Sheep (Ovis canadensis), sometimes hanging around by the road, sometimes defying the laws of gravity at the steep slopes of the landscape.
