All our images are authentic original work taken on the field or a studio. We process our photos following the guidelines recommended by the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP) making minimal adjustments that would be accepted in the most purist photographic circles. We never add, remove or fake anything digitally unless the photographer's vision or artistic expression of a specific artwork requires it, in which case, you will see the label "digitally enhanced".
At Globop Photography, we are committed to delivering the highest standard of quality in all our products. We partner with renowned labs to ensure a gallery-quality for our prints.
Every piece of artwork is carefully inspected by expert technicians and goes through a detailed quality control process.

To add uniqueness to your product and dramatically increase its value, we guarantee every item in our store is part of a Limited Edition series. Along with your art piece, you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity that includes the copy number within that Limited Edition series and attests the quality of the production process.
Limited Editions are defined as series of one photograph, with a predefined number of copies produced using the same technique, resulting in prints of identical size, format and material. No additional copies of the same photograph will ever be produced once the number of copies in the Limited Edition series is exhausted.
The number of copies in a Limited Edition series varies with the size of the print. Generally we assume the following table (unless indicated otherwise in the product details):
Every product comes with a Certificate of Authenticity that includes the copy number within that Limited Edition series and other characteristics of the art piece.
In order to keep full control and because we outsource most of our artwork production, the certificates of authenticity are typically sent separately, directly from us. The exception to this would be postcards, which we do in-house, and other products that are made in Beverly Hills.
In any case, we recommend attaching the certificate to the back of rigid prints (whenever format allows) or keeping it in a secure place to avoid loss or damage. We only produce copies of lost/damaged certificates under certain circumstances. If you need a copy of your Certificate of Authenticity, please contact us. We will have to ask you several questions to verify ownership of one of our art pieces.
All of our specialty prints (canvas, acrylic and metal floats) are ready to hang and include everything – printing, mounting, backer, floater blocks & hanging hardware. Out of the box and on your wall in minutes. Fine art paper prints can be shipped mounted on 2mm white styrene or 3/16" black gatorfoam; or unmounted.
All our products are made following the highest standards of quality available. We handle each order with ultimate care to ensure the absolute best results.
We try to service every order within 2-3 weeks. This time frame may be slightly shorter or longer depending on the nature of the order, level of customization (if any) and your location.
The only exception to this turnaround time would be postcards, which we don't outsource and personally print ourselves. Normally, it will be a 1-2 week time frame but if we are on a field trip it may take longer, in which case, we will let you know when we receive the order.
If you require special treatment of your order or are in a rush to receive your purchased art piece, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
To better preserve your artwork we recommend you follow the simple guidelines below. The first step should be understanding the irreplaceable value of your artwork. Given its Limited Edition nature, in case of damage or destruction, Globop Photography cannot reproduce your artwork or generate an additional copy. Therefore, prints should be handled and treated very carefully.
Avoid hanging your art in direct sunlight and keep all prints away from high humidity and overly warm places. Do not store prints in areas with extreme temperature changes such as storage units.
Ideally your artwork should be in an environment with stable temperatures and away from ventilation devices pumping hot or cold air.
Hang your art high enough on the wall so children cannot reach it. If you are hanging your art in a high-traffic area make sure your pieces are securely fastened to the wall.
For cleaning purposes, fingerprints, dust and dirt can be wiped out with a dry or damp, soft, non-fuzzy cloth (microfiber rags work really well). Do not use glass cleaning products under any circumstances for mountings on backing board or under acrylic glass. Please also avoid putting pressure on the surface when wiping.
We do accept custom orders. If you can't find exactly what you are looking for within the website options, please don't hesitate to contact us explaining what your needs are and we will find a way to make it happen.
We accept credit card payments from most providers (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club). All payments through our website are powered by Stripe, a platform certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. Stripe is trusted by thousands of small and large companies to power business for their businesses.
Your bank details or credit card information is encrypted (SSL technology, Secure Socket Layer). It does not circulate freely on the internet and cannot be intercepted or exposed.
We ship your artwork in made-to-measure, secure art packaging, using our certified shipping partners.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $250. For all other orders there is a flat rate depending on the location:
- United States: $20 (except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands, $30).
- All other United States unincorporated territories and Canada: Contact us and we will give you a shipping quote.
- International orders: Contact us and we will give you a shipping quote.
We can potentially ship to any country in the world. Outside of North America though, the problem we have found is certain sizes can be very expensive to ship. We recommend you reach out to us first and we will give you a custom shipping estimate for your address and size/style of the artwork.
All international orders may carry additional costs such as customs charges or import taxes, and delivery times may be longer. These factors vary from country to country and are beyond our control. Globop Photography is not responsible for any unexpected fees associated with international customs. The client will have to bear any additional costs that may be preventing a shipment from clearing customs and reaching its final destination.
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Due to logistics, we can only offer returns in the U.S. and Canada.
If you are not completely satisfied with your art piece, you may request an Artwork Return Authorization (ARA) within 3 days of delivery. Please, state clearly the reasons why you wish to return your artwork. Note that we will only authorize returns for damaged art and are not responsible for errors in user-selected options during the purchase process such as choice of art piece, size, material, quantity or product type.
Damaged packaging/artwork at arrival should be reported to the carrier prior to signing the delivery and to us immediately. Globop Photography is not responsible for damage to the artwork after delivery to the customer.
Upon receipt of your ARA, you may return any items in its original packaging for a refund or replacement to the following address:
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Due to the irreplaceable nature of the artworks, we require you return your item via a trackable shipping method and provide us with such tracking number.
As the keystone of our services, Globop Photography is going to implement a system of fine art photography leasing and decoration consulting that will allow customers to subscribe to different programs for a periodic rotation of images, assisted by our personalized guidance to ensure a high quality interior collection.
There will be three subscription plans, seasonal, semiannual and annual, which will allow customers to have their artwork renewed every 3, 6 or 12 months.
In case subscribers want to purchase one of the leased pieces of artwork, they will be able to do so at a discount price.
Globop Photography will never share any of your personal information with any third parties. Period. We take our client's personal data protection to heart.
